I can't sign in
Most sign-in problems are fixed in under a minute with one of these. Codes are 6 digits and come by email; there is never a link to tap.
Ask for a fresh code
- Go back to sign in, type your work address and tap Send me a code.
- Use the 6-digit code in the newest email only; asking again replaces the older code.
- An old or unused invite never locks you out: anyone on this workspace gets a fresh code this way.
- No email after a few minutes? Check spam, then wait a minute before asking again.
Use the address your invite went to
- Sign in with your work address, the one on your invite, not a personal or old address.
- Google and Microsoft buttons come later; until then the emailed code works for everyone.
Reinstall the app on your phone
- iPhone: delete the icon, open this address in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, then open the new icon and sign in there.
- Android: open this address in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen, then open the new icon and sign in there.
- Type the code inside the app you opened, so it is the app that signs in.
Still stuck
- If sign-in itself is down, anyone already signed in keeps working; try again in a few minutes.
